This lifestyle addition at the Natick Mall is a new front door facing Route Nine, a heavily traveled road. DAIQ designed the building elements of the addition, including the shell for tenants such as American Girl and California Pizza Kitchen, a new signature mall entrance, extension of the concourse to the new entrance, and loading area. The project included a recently built and operating Cheesecake Factory and a pad site for Crate & Barrel. An intensive landscape design extended from the road to the lifestyle addition requiring integration between planting, hardscape and building elements. D’AIQ also provided tenant design review for CPK and American Girl, and extensive coordination with Cheesecake Factory and Crate & Barrel.
