The Rockville Arts & Innovation Center is an anchor to the Rockville Town Center, a multi-block retail and residential project developed within the heart of the City of Rockville. The A&IC shares a site with the new Rockville Public Library and incorporates Ground Level Retail with two levels of Community Arts Facilities and two levels of Incubator Office space. A large rooftop terrace and ancillary services provide rental function opportunities to the City.
