Abacoa Town Center

D’Agostino Izzo Quirk Architects developed the master plan for the Abacoa Town Center. After its enthusiastic acceptance by the local community, D’AIQ moved forward with the design of the central retail and residential components. Main Street acts as a gateway to this new town center, which is anchored by a theater green with an open-air stage. This 2000-acre traditional neighborhood development will eventually house 18,000 residents and one million square feet of retail and office space. It will also be home to Florida Atlantic University and Honors College, the Abacoa Links championship golf course and the spring training facility of the St. Louis Cardinals. Construction of the town center commercial complex is complete as are the first several residential neighborhoods. The full master plan buildout is expected to take place over the next decade.
